U.S. CattleTrace Hires Program Manager 

Kyler Langvardt has been named program director for U.S. CattleTrace. Langvardt will work alongside Callahan Grund who was recently named as U.S. CattleTrace executive director.
 
Langvardt is a recent graduate of the Kansas State University Agricultural Education and Communications graduate program. During his time at the university, he worked in communications positions with both the Kansas Farm Bureau and the Kansas Department of Agriculture to promote agriculture in the state.
 
Originally from Chapman, Kan., Langvardt was raised on a small cow-calf operation. His family owns and operates two livestock sale barns in central Kansas, where he continues to be involved with the business.
