SALEBARN TODAY:   Record-Setting Thursday

Howdy folks!   It's CLARA here, and we're eager to see how today's market responds after yesterday's big day of records. 

We still can't get over Joplin setting their own record for 8-weights at $265, and El Dorado setting Kansas records for 9 and 10 weights. Besides the record-setting Friday of June 7th, Fridays have generally seen a drop in the National Price. However, Thursday's National Steer Price of $261.34 was one of the best ever recorded and up $4 from the previous day. We're expecting the National Price today to be around $255.00, but we're excited to see if we can follow through with another big day.
