Michigan produced the most cucumbers in the United States in 2021 followed by Florida, North Carolina, Georgia and California.

Michigan and Florida both produced more than 450 million pounds of cucumbers in 2021.  

Michigan and Florida accounted for roughly 63% of the cucumbers produced in the United States in 2021.
