Carlson Cattle Company 

Welcome to Carlson Cattle Company! We are a family owned and operated Angus seedstock operation located near Columbus, Nebraska. Started in 2006, we have been selling Angus bulls and females for well over a decade. Our goal is to continue to grow and improve Carlson Cattle Company through artificial insemination, embryo transfer, tissue sampling, and genetically enhanced EPDs. We hope through these tools to positively impact our customer’s operations and bottom line.

It’s quite humbling to think about all of the changes which take place over a 10 year span! Creating Carlson Cattle Company and growing a family has been challenging and rewarding at the same time. When the passion runs deep in your blood from a very early age, there’s no choice but to pursue what God has put in your heart.

The first 15 cows that we purchased to create Carlson Cattle Company has now grown into 160 registered Angus mommas! Every year, our goal is to continually grow and improve the company using artificial insemination, embryo transfer, tissue sampling, and genetically enhanced EPDs. Our spring and fall calf crops help to give our customers a wider age range of bulls and females to select from. Raising sound, powerful, and proven offspring is our goal and customer satisfaction is top priority at Carlson Cattle Company. We strive to produce the highest quality genetics that will positively impact our customer’s operations, which in turn produces the highest quality beef in the world.
