Mark Your Calendars for CCA’s Virtual Business Meeting!
Colorado Cattlemen’s Association’s (CCA)
Virtual Business Meeting: Resolutions and Issues Discussion is less than two weeks away on Thursday, July 30 at
1:00 p.m.
CCA’s upcoming Business Meeting is the second
event in a series of virtual meetings hosted by the Association in place of its
traditional 2020 Annual Convention, which was moved online due to government
regulations and gathering restrictions. The revised meetings will still provide
educational sessions, networking opportunities, leadership recognition, and
policy development; with the opportunity to host in-person meetings later on
this fall.
CCA has also developed an interactive, online
program which outlines the revised meetings schedule, plus features exclusive
content from both the association and its partners. To visit this interactive
guide, click here or visit CCA’s website.
Each year during its Annual Convention, CCA
conducts an annual business meeting in order to present, renew and accept the
policy that has been created through the grassroots efforts throughout the
year, during committee meetings or at the local affiliate level. These policies
are essential to guiding CCA’s efforts and priorities on both a state and
national level for the Colorado beef industry. Although we can not conduct the meeting
in-person as usual, CCA urges members to register for the virtual business
meeting! This is an imperative and important part of policy development that
you won’t want to miss - especially with the 2020 Election around the corner!
To register or for more information, please
call the CCA office at (303) 431-6422 or email info@coloradocattle.org.
You can also register online here
today - registration is free!
Sponsorship opportunities are also still
available with this new format, and create a unique opportunity to connect with
CCA’s members and industry leaders in a new virtual and in-person setting.
Please contact Sarah Dideriksen at sarahd@coloradocattle.org,
or at (303) 431-6422 for more information.
We hope to see you online on the 30th!
