Welcome to Kalona Sales Barn – Our Newest DVAuction Broadcast Partner!

We are proud to officially welcome Kalona Sales Barn of Kalona, Iowa, as the newest broadcast partner at DVAuction. Established in 1947, Kalona Sales Barn is a fourth-generation family business, built on the foundation of customer care, honesty, and integrity. Their longstanding commitment to service and community makes them a perfect addition to our growing network of trusted livestock markets.

Kalona hosts weekly cattle sales every Thursday at 9:00 AM, starting with fat cattle, followed by baby calves at noon, then bred cows, pairs, feeder cattle, market bulls, and cows. Cattle can be delivered every Wednesday until 9:00 PM and again Thursday morning starting at 6:30 AM. Be sure to check in by 10:30 AM for that day's sale. Special bred cow and feeder sales are announced throughout the year.

Their Lunchroom, open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM through sale time, is a must-visit. Enjoy a warm breakfast of coffee, pancakes, or cinnamon rolls, or stop in for a homemade lunch with sandwiches, daily specials, and fresh pie with ice cream—all served in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
